Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Typical order processing times for computers are 3 to 5 business days.
Orders placed outside of regular business hours will be received on the next business day.

We reserve the right to choose the shipping method and carrier of our choosing, regardless of your selection.
For items with calculated shipping, we charge actual shipping rates plus a small packaging fee (usually $1-4) to cover materials used.
Items will be shipped to the address provided with your payment. No exceptions. No, not even just this once.
We can not ship items on your UPS / Fedex / DHL account. However, if you wish to provide us with a pre-paid shipping label, we can often accommodate such a request.
We do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping addresses containing "PO Box", "Box", "PMB", or similar will be delayed or canceled.

Many computers are built to order, so an appointment required in order to ensure your computer is ready. Please contact us after placing your order.
